ServiceNow Technical Platform Owner
We have an incredible opportunity for a ServiceNow Technical Platform Owner to join our SDO functional team.
This role involves architecting, building, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions that power enterprise operations and being the go-to expert for complex development projects and critical support needs, ensuring our platform runs at peak performance.
Responsibilities
* Custom Development and Integration: Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications and integrations.
* Configuration and Workflow Optimization: Configure OOTB functionalities and optimize workflows for efficiency.
* Technical Support: Provide L2/L3 technical support and resolve complex platform issues.
* Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
* Platform Automation and Improvement: Implement automated solutions for recurring issues and drive continuous improvements.
Requirements
* Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
* ServiceNow Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, including OOTB configuration and customization.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP API integrations.
* Workflow and Automation: Expertise in workflow design, process automation, and incident management.
* Reporting and Analytics: Experience in creating reports, dashboards, and leveraging performance analytics tools.
* Problem-Solving: Strong analytical abilities and proven track record of technical issue resolution in enterprise environments.
* Soft Skills: Excellent communication, customer service orientation, and full professional proficiency in English.
