Your Role & Responsibilities
A Professional Power Platform Developer is responsible for developing and customizing applications and workflows on the Microsoft Power Platform. The main tasks include:
* App Development: Creating applications using Power Apps to meet specific business needs, including simple customizations and user interface design.
* Workflow Automation: Developing automated workflows with Power Automate to optimize business processes and automate repetitive tasks.
* Integration: Connecting Power Platform to external systems and data sources such as SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, or SQL databases.
* Support and Troubleshooting: Resolving technical issues in existing Power Platform solutions and supporting end-users in utilizing the applications.
* Data Visualization: Creating dashboards and reports with Power BI for analyzing and visualizing business data.
* Documentation and Training: Producing documentation for the developed solutions and training users on the use of apps and automations.
A Professional Power Platform Developer focuses on developing efficient, user-friendly solutions and optimizing business processes using the Power Platform.
Required Technical & Professional Expert
* Proficiency in developing with Power Apps and Power Automate, with basic customizations for user-friendly interfaces.
* Power BI Knowledge: Ability to create basic dashboards and visualizations.
* Experience connecting Power Platform to common data sources (SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, SQL databases) using standard connectors.
* Basic understanding of Microsoft Dataverse for handling data tables and relationships.
* Capability to address technical issues and support end-users.
Additional "Nice-to-Have" Technical Skills:
* Basic PowerShell Scripting for simple automation tasks.
* Entry-level certifications like Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals.
* Basic knowledge of Power Virtual Agents for chatbot development.
