Your new Role
The
IT Digital Workplace Manager
will be responsible for driving the strategic vision and execution of Digital Workplace initiatives to enhance collaboration, employee experience, and technology adoption across the organization.
This role will manage global teams and oversee the development and implementation of Digital Workplace solutions, ensuring seamless user journeys and exceptional end-user experiences.
The role demands a strong blend of leadership, technical expertise in Microsoft 365 and identity management solutions, and superior communication skills.
You will be responsible for:
Digital Strategy and Leadership
– Lead the design and execution of digital workplace strategies aligned with business goals. Manage and develop a global team of Content Creators, Identity Managers, and Workplace Engineers. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the Center of Excellence;
End-User Experience & Journey
– Enhance the digital employee experience through intuitive and efficient tools and platforms. Map and optimize the end-user journey, identifying pain points and improvement opportunities;
Collaboration & Communication Too
ls
– Oversee deployment and management of Microsoft 365 collaboration tools (Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Viva). Drive communication strategies that support the adoption of new tools and technologies;
Identity & Access Management (IAM)
– Ensure secure and seamless user access by managing Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) and other IAM solutions. Implement best practices for identity lifecycle management, authentication, and access controls;
Technology Adoption & Change Managem
ent
– Lead adoption initiatives for new technologies and processes across global teams. Develop training programs and content in collaboration with the Content Creator to support user enablement. Utilize user feedback to refine digital solutions and drive user engagement;
Technical Oversight
– Provide strategic oversight on end-user computing, including device management, application deployment, and IT support models. Ensure system performance, security, and compliance of digital workplace platforms;
Stakeholder Engagem
ent
– Act as a key liaison between IT and business units, ensuring alignment on digital workplace initiatives. Engage with leadership and cross-functional teams to support organizational objectives.
What you will need to be succeed
As an
IT Digital Workplace Manager
you will need:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields;
+8 years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within Digital Workplace or End-user Services;
Proven experience in managing global teams and delivering large-scale digital transformation projects;
Experience with Microsoft 365, IAM solutions, and end-user computing environments;
Reporting-oriented proficient use of Real Time Collaboration Tools (MS Teams/Microsoft Viva Stream);
Experience in user experience (UX) design and content optimization;
Knowledge of instructional design principles and educational program development;
Familiarity with omnichannel support systems and self-service improvement strategies;
Open/Closed source creative Suite (Adobe Creative, Camtasia, Canva, etc.);
Familiarity with ITIL Foundation and Service Now (desirable);
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
Ability to present complex information clearly;
Excellent communication skills – Fluency in English.
