As part of their continued growth in Iberia, they are looking for a Sales & Business Analyst to support the Sales team in contract management, pricing analysis, and operational reporting.
Description
Reporting to the Global Sales & Marketing Director, the Sales & Business Analyst will be responsible for:
Assisting in contract management, ensuring internal and external alignment after contract handover from Sales Managers.
Utilizing SAP and customer protocols to maintain accurate pricing data and support customized tariff creation.
Collaborating with the Tariffs and Pricing Specialist to ensure pricing structures remain precise and up to date.
Supporting the communication of pricing updates and initiatives to internal teams.
Analyzing pricing trends, identifying opportunities for optimization, and contributing to data-driven decision-making.
Mapping services, trade lanes, and routes to enhance understanding of complex logistics networks.
Preparing monthly terminal reports on volumes, revenues, and the sales pipeline.
Contributing to quarterly Board presentations with pricing analysis and key insights.
Building and maintaining collaborative relationships with internal teams and customers.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Economics, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in transportation, pricing, or a relevant field (exposure to tariff management is a plus).
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
Basic knowledge of SAP (or willingness to learn).
Proficiency in Excel for data analysis.
Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
Clear and effective communication skills for stakeholder interactions.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
Team-oriented approach with the ability to collaborate across departments.
