We're looking to hire a Service Manager for European Institutes.
You will be accountable for overseeing 3 to 5 international projects in software development and quality assurance while driving a relentless pursuit of continuous improvement.
You will manage European institutions services at different levels, including customer, partners, team, financial, and risk management. You must establish a partnership relationship with the client and partners, manage the team, communicate with stakeholders, and develop opportunities.
Required Competences:
1. Manage all operational activities inside the different services.
2. Develop and implement operational strategies to drive efficiency and growth.
3. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
4. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
5. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and implement improvements.
6. Manage cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and coordination.
7. Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align operational strategies with business goals.
8. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in operational processes.
9. Good level of English (Independent user level C1).
Preferred Competencies:
1. International experience.
2. Experience in European Agencies.
3. Good level of French (Independent user level B2).
