PA to the CEO / Office Manager (PT) - Part-time

PURPOSE OF ROLE:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, managing communications and inquiries.
2. Represent the CEO at events and meetings as needed.
3. Coordinate and organize meetings, events and conferences.
4. Arrange travel and accommodation for corporate and personal needs.
5. Develop and maintain efficient documentation and filing systems.
6. Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence.
7. Implement and maintain administrative systems and procedures.
8. Liaise with staff, suppliers and clients to ensure smooth operations.
9. Manage workspace organization to foster a productive environment.
10. Support personal commitments to housekeeping, pets, plants or travel.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
1. A Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
2. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
3. Fluency in Portuguese and English is required.
4. Strong professional reference required.
5. Possession of a valid driver’s license is essential.
