We are looking for a Team Coordinator - NOC.The Team Coordinator we are looking for will join an existing NOC (Network Operation Center) team responsible of ensuring the proper execution of an incident mananagent process of a big telco firm in the Iberian market.
For this position, you need to combine both technical and communicative skills.Responsibilities:You will be responsible for leading and coordinating a team to achieve objectives within the telecommunications infrastructure incident management service; Creation of work methods, procedures, and manuals; Ensuring 24-hour customer service delivery; Monitoring schedules and training of employees; In-person client visits representing the company; Organization ofschedules and shifts; Creation and presentation of content for professional support; Management of emails, incidents, and complaints; Technical support in the use and management of applications.Out-of-the-Box thinking is necessary to improve resolution processes; Able to adapt to the team needs.
The project is ongoing in several countries and your help might be needed to support (occasionally) them; Daily customer communication; Administrative support for the team in the field.Understanding of the Incident Management process.Requirements:3/5 years of experience as a Help Desk Operator / Team Coordinator - NOC; Responsability and professionalism.Willingness to learn; High level of Portuguese and English are required; High communication skills; Customer first mentality.
