Role Description
This is a contract hybrid role for an experienced Technology Support Engineer in Portugal at Curo Support Services Ltd. The role will be located in Portugal or Spain with the flexibility to work from home. The Technology Support Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to analytical skills, troubleshooting, communication, and technical support. MUST SPEAK GOOD ENGLISH
Qualifications
* Analytical Skills, Troubleshooting
* Strong Communication and Technical Support skills
* Experience in IT support and technology services
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Knowledge of industry best practices and trends
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
* Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) are a plus
