A day in the life of a Financial Analyst at Dickies looks a little like this.
Reporting to the Director of FP&A (Wholesale), you will be a key finance partner across the organization to drive our brand strategy through the development of financial modeling and analytics that deliver meaningful insights into business performance.
What will you do?
* Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support
* Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
* Report on financial performance and prepare for reviews with leadership
* Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
* Enhance, develop, and maintain business plans to align Revenue, Margin, and Marketing investments across our Wholesale segments.
* Analyze margin variance analysis related to customer, product, and pricing mix.
* Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts for SG&A cost centers and provide clear cause of change support to elevate variance drivers.
* Elevate key findings through financial analysis to finance and business leaders to impact business decisions.
* Identify and initiate on opportunities to automate, streamline, and improve reporting and planning procedures.
* Support monthly, quarterly, annual, and strategic plan reporting packages.
What do you need to succeed?
The foundation skills you will need in this position are:
* Experience working in a professional corporate environment
* Direct experience in financial planning, analysis, and budgeting a plus
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
* Enthusiastic “can do” attitude in driving innovative process improvement and data visibility
* Proficiency in financial modeling techniques
* Fluent with Excel formulas and functions
* Comfortable utilizing BI (Tableau / DOMO) and various database reporting tools
* Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
* Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
* Strong work ethic and ability to adapt in a rapidly evolving environment

Hiring Range: $60,480.00 USD - $75,600.00 USD annually
Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
