Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Digital Growth Specialist to lead our hospitality brand’s digital growth initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive brand awareness, increase website traffic, and boost online revenue.
This role involves overseeing multi-channel campaigns and analyzing data to ensure our digital presence aligns with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy & Campaign Management:
o Develop and implement comprehensive digital growth strategies across channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising);
o Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue growth;
o Oversee content strategy, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms;
2. Team Leadership:
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Revenue, Marketing) to align digital efforts with overall business goals;
3. Performance Analysis & Optimization:
o Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems;
o Create detailed reports and provide actionable insights to improve ROI;
o Monitor KPIs such as website traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement metrics;
4. Website Content Management:
o Oversee web content creation;
o Ensure high-quality, engaging content that reflects the brand’s values and tone;
o Support social media presence and work closely with agencies to support paid campaigns to increase traffic;
5. SEO/SEM & Paid Advertising:
o Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings;
o Monitor paid search and social media ad campaigns, optimizing for performance and budget efficiency;
o Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities;
6. Collaboration & Innovation:
o Identify and implement innovative digital tools and solutions;
Candidate Profile:
* Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus;
* Minimum of 5+ years of experience in digital campaigns, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry;
* Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns and achieving KPIs;
* Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, email growth, and social media platforms;
* Experience with growth tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and CRM systems;
* Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset;
* Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills;
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
