* Proficient or bilingual level in Finnish, Norwegian, or Dutch, with advanced English skills.
* 6-12 months of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
* Flexibility to work varied shifts and adapt to changing priorities.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
* Effective computer navigation skills, with ability to learn new systems quickly.
