We are seeking a Non Recurring Costs and CAPEX Controller to join our team.
Responsibilities - Your Mission
A Financial controller vacancy has arisen in the Constituent Assembly Spanish Plants (OD) organization, as a controller for the Non Recurring cost (MFODN) department.
You will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and transnational team, become one of the business partners for the Constituent Assembly Spanish Plants (OD) organization, and enter into the Performance Management and Controlling (MF) community.
Main Tasks
* Support and follow-up of Targets allocation and Risk and Opportunities (R&Ops) per activity for Getafe and Illescas non recurring cost (NRC) Plants through:
o Database update support.
o Assistance in meetings if necessary.
o Support in the Report of monthly NRC actuals for OD and Quality Manufacturing (QM) perimeter by updating the actuals from SAP systems and ensuring consistency of the report.
o Support in the Report of monthly NRC actuals & planning regarding Cádiz Consolidation project.
o Support in administrative Capital Expenditure (CapEx) finance activities in the Spanish plants, concretely: certificate of operations, request of local booking code creation, divestment proposal, assistance in CAPEX actuals report on a monthly basis, ensuring correct consistency with amortization impacts in cost centers.
* Update the quarterly report of actuals vs target for NRC Getafe plant.
* Continuous improvement and simplification of reports.
* Good receipt support in internal Purchases workflow Airbus system (Click 'n buy), ensuring that purchase orders are compliant with the budget remaining.
* Shared folder management, including maintenance and update of repository files.
* Assistance in the circularity check in OD and QM Spanish plants, between cost in origin and in destination in budget forecasting processes (OP & FCs).
* Transversal support within the team.
Requirements - Our Ideal Candidate Will Have
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* English fluency, Spanish will be a significant plus. Any additional language will be a value-add.
* Business Management education in Finance or other related fields.
* Basis knowledge of Accounting / Controlling.
* Talent for agile, reliable data management.
* Entrepreneurial mindset.
* Deliverable-driven, able to work with short deadlines.
* Good analytical skills with an ability to switch from big picture to detailed view.
* Problem-solver.
* Proactive in proposing improvement solutions to the business.
* Able to look at performance / sustainability on short-/mid-/long-term.
* Advanced level of Google Sheets and Slides.
