Job DescriptionService Execution Analyst (m/f) Nortempo Porto is currently looking for a Service Execution Analyst to support a client in the area of Porto.
Main Responsibilities:Liaise with Package managers or Department Leads to confirm service information, delivery dates, scope, and other relevant details.FOLLOW SERVICE EXECUTION PROCEDURES IN LINE WITH SBM STANDARDS.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service delivery, identify potential issues, and drive continuous improvement.Identify process inefficiencies and ensure business continuity by collaborating with internal teams.Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies between Purchase Orders (PO) and invoices.Gather supporting documentation as needed.Promote the implementation of this position within the organization.C coordinate with relevant people to ensure timely issuance of PO's.Support data quality in the PO factory, focusing on ongoing qualification and expiring documents.Work with the data steward team when necessary and collaborate with the Account Payable team to reduce set-aside invoices.Generate reports and maintain detailed records.Ensure the proper use of Bulletin of Measurement (BM) forms by service providers.Expedite suppliers to submit BMs and provide guidance on completing forms.Receive completed BMs from suppliers, review information, and approve if accurate or request corrections.Job Requirements:University Degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management or Business Management.Minimum 3 years' experience in Procurement and/or an internal environment.Familiarity with purchasing regulations and legislation in the country.Familiarity with purchasing systems and MS applications.Fluent written and spoken English.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.Strong customer focus, complexity management, decision-making skills, resourcefulness, results-driven approach, cross-functional collaboration, communication skills, resilience, and project coordination skills.Offer:Attractive salary.International and friendly working environment.Flexible schedule.Hybrid regime (2 days at home per week).6-month contract.
