Where will you work?
We're looking for a Customer Service Agent with Dutch to join an international outsourcing company in Lisbon!
What will you do?
As a Customer Service Agent you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience by consistently providing solutions to the customers.
During your day to day:
- You will handle calls/emails in both Dutch and English;
- You will manage reservations;
- You will acknowledge and resolve customer complaints;
- You will collaborate with other departments;
Schedule: in rotative shifts from Monday to Sunday between 7 am - 10 pm (8h/day) and you will still have 2 days off/week.
Weekly working time of 40 hours (full-time)
Who are we looking for?
You're the person we're looking for if:
- You have a native or near-native level of Dutch + a good level of English.
- You're passionate about customer care (B2C).
- You have excellent communication skills.
- You're customer-oriented.
- You have problem-solving skills.
