Once upon a time, in a land not too far away, a group of courageous heroes faced daily one of the noblest missions: helping people. But these heroes didn't wear capes or swords. Instead, they used headphones and magic keyboards. They were our Contact Center's customer support experts!
These fearless professionals took on epic challenges like answering questions, solving problems, and even calming dragons (or angrier customers) with just their soothing voice and otherworldly communication skills. Each connection was a new adventure, where each "good morning" was the beginning of a new chapter, and each "thank you" was a badge of honor earned.
But like every good story, this one also needs new heroes. We are looking for fearless people, who are not afraid to face the unknown and who know how to transform any situation into a story with a happy ending. If you have the gift of conversation, the patience of a saint, and an unwavering desire to help, we want you on our team!
For this mission, you need a special skill: be fluent in English (level C2) and native of one of the following languages: Hebrew, Turkish, Hungarian, Czech, Croatian, Greek, Russian, Ukrainian or Albanian.
And where does this adventure take place? Depending on the vacancy, you can fight in Lisbon (at our bases in Entrecampos or Parque das Nações), in Porto, or even remotely (from Portugal), in the comfort of your fortress!
