What We're Looking For
We are seeking an amazing Helpdesk Technician/Asset Management with a passion for IT asset management and a strong background in device management and security policies.
* Minimum 3 years experience in IT asset management;
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Intune for device management and security policies;
* Experience using IT Asset Management platforms, with Freshworks being a preferred factor;
* Solid knowledge of ITIL processes and ITAM best practices;
* Analytical skills for interpreting data and preparing detailed reports;
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
* Good communication and teamwork skills;
* English level C1 (oral and written).
