About the role
Tonic's ultimate objective is to bring efficiency to the healthcare system. We are creating a from-doctors-to-doctors platform that enables the collective brain power of doctors worldwide by providing a mobile platform for case discussions and updated treatment protocols.
This role offers high autonomy and responsibility. As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will design and execute ambitious performance marketing plans across all digital paid channels. You should have experience in designing and executing campaigns in core channels like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and Instagram in different markets. Self-sufficiency in reporting, analysis, and optimization is essential.
Direct Responsibilities
* Manage all performance marketing campaigns.
* Rigorously manage campaign budgets.
* Monitor and improve marketing campaigns as needed.
* Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to ensure updated assets.
* Track competitors' activities.
* Analyze market niches, positioning, and angles to explore.
Qualifications
* Proven track record of success in running paid campaigns across multiple platforms.
* 2+ years of experience managing paid mobile campaigns in-house or agency-side, with a deep understanding of the mobile app ecosystem.
* A relevant college degree.
* Experience in marketing mobile products.
* Proficient in MS Excel.
* Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
* Basic design skills with low-code design tools (e.g., Canva).
* Solid knowledge of SEO, web analytics, and Google Adwords.
* Self-starter with a 'get it done' mentality.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Strong analytical and project management skills.
* Excited about being highly strategic and operational simultaneously.
Salary:$80,000 - $110,000 per year.
