Reporting to our CS Manager, we are currently looking for a Customer Service Assistant.
What will you do? This professional's main mission will be to improve and develop long-lasting commercial relationships with Customers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and update the order book, planning requests and documentation;
- Provide internal and external customer service;
- Manage complaints and prepare the necessary documentation to respond to Customers;
- Follow up on requests for the development of new projects;
- Prepare reports;
- Others.
Mandatory Requirements:
- 12th year or higher education;
- Knowledge of MsOffice;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Good interpersonal relationship skills, stress management, complaints management and customer service;
- 1 to 2 years of experience in commercial or customer service roles (preferred);
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) and another language (preferred).
