We are now looking for an Aftersales Delivery and Performance Manager to onboard our GBS in Lisbon.
Responsibilities - your mission:
1. Support and manage the Aftersales NPI (New Parts Introduction);
2. Manage the industrial flow;
3. Support the Customer Order Management;
4. Steer, measure and display industrial and financial performance including risk, mitigation and opportunity management;
5. Support and manage the reporting with internal suppliers and customers;
6. Establish reports for different hierarchies inside Airbus Aerostructures and towards the customer;
7. Assure harmonized and efficient industrial flows.
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have:
1. A diploma/bachelor degree in engineering, business administration, or several years of professional experience or a comparable qualification;
2. High resilience and assertiveness;
3. Team & communication skills;
4. Business fluent English (German desirable);
5. Experience in KPIs and designing reports;
6. Experience in MS Office - especially in Excel, Access, and G Suite;
7. Knowledge in SAP.
