1. Advise departments on collaborative topics, including the Global Intranet, for Azure-hosted and O365 cloud-based SharePoint applications
2. Manage requirements and create solution concepts
3. Lead or participate in projects for the implementation or further development of technical and functional requirements
4. Define administration and governance for collaborative SharePoint-based services in the Microsoft 365 suite and implement necessary tools and Reports
5. Support the introduction of new services, including handover to Service Desk and Local Technical Service
6. Execute user adoption events and training measures
7. Manage both 2nd and 3rd level support for collaborative solutions provided by HCL and support the key user community and operational IT organizations with technical expertise
