Join the Bosch Home & Comfort Group in a pivotal role within the Trinity Project, focusing on the Source to Pay (S2P) area.
The Trinity Project is a key initiative supporting Bosch's strategic growth and global integration, directly linked to the company's 2030 vision, including the largest transaction in Bosch history: the acquisition of Johnson Controls' HVAC solutions business and the Hitachi joint venture.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the integration and optimization of procurement processes across Bosch's global operations, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, ensure long-term success, and reinforce Bosch's leadership in the market.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze and optimize procurement data and IT system processes to support Bosch's merger initiatives.Conduct data reconciliations and define actionable tasks and steps to streamline procurement activities during the merger.Coordinate and align the procurement department's needs with other IT sub-projects and purchasing teams.Provide cross-functional consulting to ensure alignment with central projects and departments, including Accounting, Sales, Controlling, and Production.Define process and solution designs, ensuring they meet specific requirements and are properly documented.Contribute to the implementation of purchasing processes, ensuring seamless integration within Bosch's broader systems.Work collaboratively across teams to deliver successful project outcomes.Education: Degree in a technical, scientific, or business-related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience: Several years of professional experience in procurement and purchasing.Proven experience with IT projects, particularly in SAP S/4 Hana and SAP R/3 (MM modules focused on purchasing and logistics).Familiarity with Bosch procurement tools (Pilum APN/Sourcing, SRM, etc.) is a plus.International experience is an advantage.Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee complex tasks and manage timelines effectively.Technical Expertise: Strong analytical and entrepreneurial thinking skills.Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.Moderation and presentation skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.Deep knowledge of SAP R/3, S/4 Hana, and Bosch procurement tools.Responsible, team-oriented, and collaborative.Quick to grasp complex concepts and eager to solve problems.Resilient under pressure, with a strong focus on delivering results.Highly communicative, able to connect with diverse teams and stakeholders.Languages: Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is required.German skills are an advantage.Other Requirements: High willingness to travel frequently.If you're an experienced IT professional with a passion for procurement and a drive to contribute to impactful projects at Bosch, we'd love to hear from you!
