About The Role
You will be responsible for driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring a fun shopping experience as a Sales Associate at Claire's.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to achieve retail store targets.
* Delivering sales through friendly and efficient customer service.
* Ensuring customers have a positive and enjoyable shopping experience.
* Demonstrating Claire's products.
* Assisting customers with product knowledge.
* Processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns, and promotions.
* Ear piercing (full training provided).
* Maintaining a presentable and inviting store environment.

About You
We are looking for individuals with the following qualifications and skills:
* A minimum of some high school education.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Basic computer skills.
* A strong understanding of customer service principles.
* Solid math skills and reading comprehension abilities.
* The ability to stand during scheduled shifts.
* The capacity to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and 75 pounds occasionally.
* Bending, stooping, reaching, climbing ladders, and using step stools while placing merchandise and assisting customers.
* The ability to operate a POS system.
