Stay updated on new features to ensure accurate support. ? Gather and relay user feedback to improve the overall experience. Your Profile: ?? Native or fluent in French, with good English skills. ?? Experience or knowledge in digital marketing and/or web design (mandatory). ?? At least 1 year of customer service experience with a strong customer focus. ?? Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software tools. ?? Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and patience. ??
