- Giving support to technical training at Technical Centers in the Mobile area;
- Providing first-line support to internal customers and teams;
- Monitoring system performance to ensure that all processes are working efficiently, that problems are detected and solved;
- Managing occurrences or incidents, identifying their cause and ensuring continuity of operations;
- Collaborating with teams from different areas to identify and implement opportunities to optimize operational processes and promote continuous improvements in services;
- Produce reports on operational performance and occurrences;
- Ensure that all operations comply with the Brand's internal policies and external regulations;
- Implement and monitor security measures to protect corporate data and ensure the integrity of operational systems;
- Keeping technical documentation up to date with regard to systems, operating procedures and problem resolutions;
- Assisting with developing materials and procedural guides.
- Support for technical training at Technical Centers in the Mobile area;
- Support for quality management of Mobile products.
- Degree or equivalent education in Informatics, Management or Economics;
- At least 2 years of experience in technical support areas (Mobile, IT or Consumer Electronics);
- Fluent in Portuguese and in English;
- Management and administrative skills.
- Integration in a dynamic team;
- Participation in challenging projects;
