The mission:
Our Lisbon office was established a year ago and currently consists of a team of 10 people. We are now looking for our first Senior Business Unit Manager - IT to take on the following responsibilities:
Management
* Overseeing the Business Manager, including weekly meetings, support, training, and annual evaluations.
* Prospecting new clients and expanding the commercial portfolio.
* Conducting outbound sales activities, including cold calling and talent sourcing.
* Opening new accounts and building strong business relationships.
* Attending client meetings (frequent on-site presence required).
* Gathering and analyzing client needs.
Recruitment
In close collaboration with the recruitment team, you will be responsible for hiring future consultants by:
* Assessing their technical and functional skills.
* Identifying projects that match their profile.
* Working closely with the recruitment team to hire consultants.
* Defining the best recruitment strategy for each candidate.
* Organizing and participating in client interviews.
A key aspect of your role will be proactively managing consultants’ assignments to ensure their success and satisfaction by:
* Conducting regular follow-ups (at least one meeting per month).
* Organizing quarterly performance reviews with clients and consultants.
* Effectively handling complex situations.

The profile:
* You have 5 to 10 years of experience in business development, ideally within an IT services company.
* You are fluent in Portuguese and English or Portuguese and French.
* You have experience with basic LinkedIn.
* You have a strong interest in the IT services sector and a willingness to learn about today’s technological challenges.
* You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* You have the ability to work in a team and build positive client relationships.
* You are autonomous, dynamic, and motivated by achieving results.
* You are a friendly person, federative, and approachable.
