With a strong commitment to environmental sustainability, Mystic Cruises implemented technological innovations on its ships in order to ensure a minimal impact of its operations.Supervisory Responsibilities:All Head of departments onboardCompany Fleet PositionsDuties/Responsibilities:Full responsibilities of the Hotel Operation including all aspects as hotel services, food & beverage, finance, shore excursion & administrationDevelop Cruise Product for the German & French MarketAchieving the company KPIs set during the yearly budgetsImplementing and supervising company standard operating proceduresResponsible for Cruise Industry ComplianceAchieving Guest RevenuesAdherence to Monthly & Annual costsImplementation and follow-up on company cultures/valuesProject Supervision & ImplementationSupporting training and development programs and objectivesSupport of HR planningPart of the Emergency Response TeamCoordinates activities required to meet Hotel Quality Standards as per SOPsAssists in creating SOPs to ensure processes are followed and quality assurance standards are being met.Final decision on all Hotel Operation related areasEducation and Experience:10 years experience as Hotel Director on board a Cruise vesselBachelor's degree in a relevant field.Strong Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel expert)Expedition & World Cruise ExperiencesSpeaking German or French is an advantageRequired Skills/Abilities:Leading a multi-international teamExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
