We are seeking a highly motivated Legal Back-Office Advisor to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. Your Responsibilities
* Verify if transport operators are treating all passengers by their rights.
* Understand the customer's unique situation and proceed with treatment and follow-up of their legal claims.
* Manage legal claims with different actors including lawyers, legal officers, and national enforcement bodies to properly assess the customer's claiming foundations.

Requirements
* Dutch language skills (B2 level) and fluency in English.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Previous experience in Customer Service or as a tourism/travel representative is a plus.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player.
