Requirements

* At least 2 years of experience in recruiting IT profiles.
* Previous experience working in the IT sector.
* Familiarity with recruitment platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
* Resilience.
* Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple objectives.
* Dynamism and proactivity.
* Proficiency in English.
