Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact, welcoming clients, managing facilities, mailing, supplies, and equipment;
2. E nsure the office is fully operational, addressing maintenance issues promptly, and efficiently managing office equipment and supplies;
3. Respond to phone and email inquiries or direct them to the appropriate team members, ensuring timely and accurate communication;
4. Coordinate with IT to ensure office equipment and technology function smoothly, addressing any issues that may arise;
5. Partner with the Finance team regarding purchase orders;
You Must Have:
* Minimum 2 years of experience as an Office Assistant;
* Exceptional customer service and organizational skills;
* Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment;
* Fluency in English (mandatory);
* Good skills in MS Word, Excel;
