About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a multinational organisation as a Customer Service Agent, part of their international team including talents from over 80 nationalities.

Responsibilities
* Provide customer service via social media
* Support customers by providing product information
* Consult on professional usage of products
* Process warranty cases
Requirements
* A native level of German and good English language skills
* Enthusiasm about social media
* Understanding of the value and impact of good customer experience
* An attentive listener, comfortable and skilled at communicating with people
* Energetic, innovative, and proactive at a fast pace
* Prioritising intercultural communication and expatriate lifestyle
* Will relocate to Portugal for an international career and life experience
* Holding a valid Portuguese work permit
Benefits
* Yearly or 6-month contract, renewable
* Full-time or part-time options with rotating shifts (depending on the project)
* Salary conditions: 950-1,000€ gross/month (including free accommodation) or 1,300-1,400€ gross/month (excluding accommodation), based on level of experience
