As a customer advisor specialist, your daily responsibilities will include:
1. Comply with company policies and procedures to meet legal, quality, and business requirements.
2. Ensure the highest level of customer service by responding to all customer inquiries.
3. Provide coverage for the “stock credit”, designed to facilitate the financing of the acquisition of new and/or used vehicles by clients.
4. Facilitate the initiation and signing of lines of credit by collaborating with the appropriate parties.
5. Guarantee compliance with regulations and financial conditions during the signing process.
6. Maintain accurate records of all lines of credit and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
7. Manage financial provisions, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of funds to concessionaires.
8. Verify the integrity and accuracy of the documentation.
9. Complete assigned daily tasks efficiently and on time.
10. Work proactively and independently to meet objectives and goals
To succeed in the role, you will need to have:
11. Native or proficient level of Dutch (C2)
12. Advanced level of English (at least C1)
13. Excellent listening and written/oral communication skills in the service languages
14. Motivated and enthusiastic personality
15. Capacity for self-organization, planning and prioritization
16. Patience, empathy and ability to manage stress
17. Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to adverse situations
18. Technical aptitude and ability to adapt quickly to new technologies
19. Ability to follow guidelines and instructions
20. Ability to remain calm and lucid in critical situations
21. Ability to demonstrate confidence when imparting information or dealing with problematic interlocutors
22. Experience in measuring and improving customer satisfaction and loyalty across a wide range of functional areas and geographies
23. Familiarity with ticketing systems
24. Experience with policy work, or aid resource project management
25. Previous experience in customer service, administrative operations, financial services or credit management.
26. Knowledge of the Microsoft Office and advanced Excel (mainly required).
27. Knowledge of accounting is valuable.
28. Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
29. Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Portugal
