Your Profile
* You will provide telephone and written support to our German-speaking customers, ensuring a courteous and helpful attitude.
* You are proficient in German and fluent in English (both written and spoken).
* You possess outstanding communication skills.
* You are keen to learn and adapt to new situations.
* Bonus: Experience in a telephone customer service or call center environment is a plus.
Your Responsibilities
* Address the questions and concerns of German-speaking customers, providing the best possible solutions via phone.
* Assist with orders, deliveries, payments, and returns via email, chat, and social media channels.
* Provide information about trending products, offer advice, and quick assistance on payment methods, delivery, exchanges, and guarantees.
* Engage in cross-selling and upselling of products after addressing customer queries.
