Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled sales professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering revenue and profit targets through positive development of volume, pricing contract, and cost-to-serve management.
* Manage the customer portfolio to maximize profitability through a deep understanding of the value drivers for each customer within the portfolio.
* Document business development and account management within Connect CRM based on defined business rules.
* Collaborate structurally with field sales in all customer segments.
* Built customer-specific stakeholder maps to formally identify roles and responsibilities (e.g., influences and decision-makers across the sales process) and target engagements accordingly.
* Plan, schedule, and conduct outbound calls efficiently, involving the customer in the development of meeting agendas and engaging Linde internal resources when appropriate.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
* Three to five years of sales/commercial experience in the gas industry, chemical, or other manufacturing.
* Three to five years of experience in account management by phone/outbound calls.
* A bachelor's degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
* Affinity with engineering/gas industry and knowledge and experience using SAP (preferential), Salesforce, and MS Excel skills.
* Native or C2 level in Dutch and English level B1 (preferred).
* The ability to actively participate in digitalization and contribute to the digital transformation of our company.
