Release Manager for Luxury Maisons
Richemont is seeking a talented and highly motivated Release Manager to support the digital transformation journey of its luxury Maisons, focusing on the Client & Market domain.
The Client & Market (C&M) domain encompasses various product areas, including Retail, Wholesale, E-Commerce, Client Engagement, and Order Management systems. The C&M Release Manager will work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of changes and releases across products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate Delivery Processes: Promote best practices and harmonized release management processes to all C&M teams.
* Communication and Environment Oversight: Share updates on ongoing initiatives, product teams, and general news about teams and risks.
* Deployment Support: Provide support to Maisons on delivery deployments and participate in Business Relationship Management activities as key contact for problem-solving.
* Initiative Support: Participate in key initiative milestone ceremonies and share information on dependencies, environment constraints, and other critical aspects.
* Product Team Support: Offer RM-related processes, tools, and support to delivery teams while striving for harmonization.
* Escalation and Mitigation: Detect and escalate blocking issues related to deployment and propose mitigation plans when possible.
* Community Collaboration: Regularly collaborate with the RM Community of Practices, integrate with Business Relationship Managers, and collect/share best practices with high-potential cross-team synergies.
Requirements:
* Education: B.Sc. or MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
* Experience: 7+ years as a Change and Release Manager in an international environment, with experience in B2C and B2B programs a plus.
* Technical Skills: Good knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools, code branching, versioning, APIs, micro-services, Cloud hosting, OMS, CRM, ERP, Atlassian Suite, JIRA, Confluence, Agile methodologies, and DORA Metrics.
* Soft Skills: Strong skills in servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
* Languages: Fluent English required, French suitable, other languages a plus (e.g., German, Italian, Chinese).
