We are seeking an Application Production Support professional to join our team in Lisbon.
Key Responsibilities
* Support Business IT Needs: Understand business workflows and scenarios to provide effective support.
* Manage Incidents, Requests, and Changes: Efficiently manage and resolve issues, requests, and changes.
* Communicate Updates: Provide timely updates to stakeholders on issue/task/project progress.
* Identify Underlying Issues: Analyze and identify systemic issues and associated patch fixes/releases.
* Contribute to Post-Release Checkouts: Enhance post-release checkouts for improved system performance.
* Automate Tasks: Develop scripts to automate procedure-oriented tasks.
* Availability: Work during holidays/weekends on a rotational basis as needed.
Requirements
* Experience: Application performance monitor, specifically Dynatrace.
* Knowledge: IT Infrastructure.
* Skills: RedHat Linux and Shell script.
* Language: Fluent English.
