Subfamily Description
Information Design (IFD) encompasses the design, planning, coordination, writing, and illustrating of technical customer documentation and user guides for R&D product and system programs.
This includes creating web-based publications for internal and external users, featuring Graphical User Interfaces (GUIs) and various multimedia forms.

Key Responsibilities
* Create user documentation for Nokia network products, covering planning, implementation, operation, and maintenance.
* Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop documentation for software products.
* Drive the redesign of user documentation, focusing on structural and content improvements to ensure accuracy and user-centricity.

Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or English Language and Literature.
* Over 5 years of relevant experience in Technical Communication.
* Exceptional English language proficiency, both verbal and written.
* Strong understanding of customer needs and requirements.
* Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and work independently or in teams.
* Experience in managing complex projects and aligning personal tasks with business objectives.
