* Excelling in crafting and executing sourcing strategies across global categories, aiming for swift market entry, sustainable decisions, competitive advantages, and enhanced productivity.
* Emphasizing innovation, you'll actively scout supply markets for new partners, services, and solutions, while adeptly managing risks and exploring novel value channels.
* Your leadership will drive cross-functional teams to implement inventive processes, resulting in cost efficiencies and competitive contracts across primary and secondary market research and market access.
* Building robust supplier relationships is a key focus, involving identification, assessment, and cultivation of both existing and potential partners.
* Mitigating sourcing risks involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders and local purchasers, enabling proactive risk assessment, mitigation planning, and ongoing enhancement efforts.
* Engaging stakeholders to define expectations and guide preselection of service providers, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and objectives.
IHR PROFIL
* Master’s degree or Diploma in business administration and/or pharmacy and/or chemistry.
* Several years of sourcing experience in the pharmaceutical industry, in contracting and supplier relationship management, ideally in global category management related categories.
* Specific market intelligence and sourcing experience in relevant categories are required.
* Knowledge of demand management, market and supplier analysis, due diligence, risk management, and key performance indicators such as total operating costs, savings, net present value.
* Open-minded, motivated, persuasive, and perseverant personality with outstanding internal and external relationship management skills and willingness to take on responsibility.
* Able to relocate to Western Europe.
