As a customer service specialist in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:
1. Comply with the company’s policies and procedures to meet statutory, quality and business requirements within the overall strategy and objectives.
2. Responsible for dealing with all customer enquiries ensuring the highest levels of service are provided to Customers
3. Answer inbound calls and emails within guidelines/goals established by the client and contact center management
4. Complete daily tasks as allocated in an efficient and timely manner
5. Maintain accuracy and security of customer information on the database
6. Provide friendly and efficient service to the worldwide community
7. Be a first point of contact to handle and resolve customer complaints
8. Identify and escalate issues appropriately
9. Compose thoughtful and accurate messages or customize prepared responses to customer emails
10. Research information and troubleshoot problems using available resources
11. Monitor and control numerous concurrent tasks in tandem
12. Proactively and independently work to meet targets and goals
To succeed in the role, you will need to have:
13. Native or proficient level of French (C2) (mandatory)
14. Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written (mandatory)
15. Computer literate
16. A motivated and enthusiastic personality
17. Self-organized, planning and prioritization skills
18. Patience, empathy, and a unique ability to manage stress
19. Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to adverse situations
20. Technical aptitude and the ability to pick up new technology quickly
21. Able to follow guidelines and instructions
22. Ability to keep calm and clear-headed in critical situations
23. Ability to demonstrate confidence when imparting information or dealing with troubled callers
24. High-speed internet access and appropriate conditions for remote work
25. Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
26. Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Portugal
