Key Responsibilities:
* Manage customer reception and telephone service.
* Process and follow up on cases following established processes and documentation.
* Ensure reimbursement of benefits under health insurance and/or insurance contracts.
* Ensure quality and compliance in processing.
* Collect contributions and manage budget tracking for corporate clients.
Contract, Compensation, and Benefits:
* Permanent contract (CDI) under Portuguese law.
* Gross monthly salary of 923.40 EUR over 14 months, evolving (973.40 EUR at 6 months, 1023.40 EUR at one year).
* Endered meal card: 8 EUR per working day.
* Multicare Health Insurance (includes dental, optical, and hospitalization) with a 5 EUR/month contribution.
* Performance bonus linked to achieving objectives from the first annual review (between March and June and in two amounts:
- In line with objectives 40 EUR/month for 1 year
- Beyond expectations 80 EUR/month for 1 year).
* Additional bonuses include seniority and teleworking (0.75 EUR/day telework).
* Annual individual salary increases.

Remote Work:
All candidates must either already reside in Leiria or at a maximum distance of 50km from Leiria.
* Hybrid teleworking according to our internal teleworking policy.
* Provision of complete IT equipment (laptop, two screens, mouse, keyboard).
* Coworking spaces in Leiria for monthly team days, and ongoing training (BizWork and Startup Leiria).
* Remote collaborative tools: Microsoft Teams, softphone.
Work Hours and Organization:
* Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
* Flexible hours allow the accumulation of time to take half a day off monthly.
* Work organization based on local calendar and Portuguese holidays (Carnival, Lisbon municipal holidays...).
Overtime:
* Overtime, when needed, is compensated with up to 2-hour sessions, morning, noon, or afternoon (starting from 7:30 am to 7 pm).
Peak Activity Period (December 15 to January 15):
* Maximum of 3 days of leave during this period due to high activity.
Integration Day:
* HR integration day includes contract signing, office tour, workstation and daily life presentation, and remote work kit collection.
