* Ensure the DLP project rollout (technical implementation and communication)
* Coordinate actions between different stakeholders
* Integrate business into project steps (need definition, validation, deployment) through committees and communication
* Communicate DLP project status to all DLP platforms through committees, SharePoint, etc.
* Support DLP teams in understanding DLP Group requirements and their implementation
* Promote proposals to reinforce DLP Group requirements (existing measures or new ones)
* Report on DLP control deployments within the Group
* Contact point for DLP platforms, CISOs, DPOs
Main Tasks:
* Plan and roll out project steps/actions
* Ensure related documents (DLP platform procedures, End User communications, knowledge base) are delivered
* Provide support to DLP teams for Group implementation
* Establish indicators for monitoring DLP projects and coverage
* Inform stakeholders about DLP project status and their involvement
