What you'll doAs a Technical Support for Microsoft, you'll support deliveries;Work with customers to resolve technical customer issues on the Partner Center Platform;Determine technical support pain areas while working with customers;Provide feedback and details to Technical Advisors and PG teams;Achieve the CPE team goals and the time to resolution or escalation, enabling a response time similar to competitors;Maintain technical skills through completion of ongoing readiness and Platform training;Participate in the creation of future Microsoft support capabilities for the cloud.What you'll needNative Spanish speaker;Fluency in English;Previous interaction with M365 technology (SPO, EXO) (required);Basic Active Directory troubleshooting skills (users, mailboxes) (required);Knowledge of Basic API and Networking (required);Understanding of Basic programming (Python, C#) (is a plus).Work locationLisbon – one of the best and sunniest places to live in Europe.
