Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
* App and related software customer support;
* Provide solutions and step by step guides to help customers with the app usage;
* Advise regarding software and app updates;
* When necessary, inform customers of the best way to get help regarding issues out of our range;
* Inform second level support when there are recurrent issues they are not aware of;
* Point of contact between the customer and the technical team;
* Assist dealerships and customer support when the issue is the App.
* First contact that the customer;
* Analyze requests and answer accordingly;
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
* Experience in customer services, ideally have worked in a customer interaction center receiving requests by Phone (interest in modern widgets, e.g. App customer support, is a plus);
* Spanish (C1 level) and Fluency in English;
* Good communicative competencies, commitment and solutions oriented;
