Job Description
We are recruiting a representative to provide exceptional customer service for a prestigious client company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform and receive phone calls to schedule the collection of customer equipment from small and medium-sized companies in various countries.
* Provide information, answer questions, and offer solutions to customer inquiries.
Working Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Days Off:
Saturday and Sunday
Requirements:
* Fluent Dutch speakers
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* High energy levels and a strong team spirit
* Rigor and perseverance in completing tasks
* Customer-centric approach
* Proficient computer skills
