Travel Assistant Job Description
The Travel Assistant plays a crucial role in organizing and booking transportation, as well as selecting accommodations that best meet the company's needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, organize and coordinate travel bookings, hotel reservations, transportation, and other travel-related services.
* Ensure all trips comply with company travel policies, optimizing costs and efficiency.
* Provide assistance to employees during travel, including resolving problems or emergencies related to flight changes, cancellations, or other unforeseen difficulties.
* Perform administrative tasks.
* Conduct competitor analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and adjust strategy accordingly.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience (1-2 years) in a similar role.
* Proficiency in Portuguese and English (level C1) written and spoken.
* IT tools (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, email, and internet).
* Strong communication and relationship skills.
* Spirit of leadership and ability to work as a team.
* Negotiation skills, analytical, and strategic skills.
