We are recruiting a Regional Process Manager.
What will be your mission?
1. Identify opportunities to streamline and automate segments of clients' commerce processes or internal processes. Engages cross-functionally to drive execution of those opportunities.
2. Perform data analysis using specialized and holistic domain knowledge and business expertise.
3. Identify & log problems that impact the ability to deliver an efficient and simplified experience.
4. Accountable for exception management decision making for transactional/case management activities, performing the right level of risk assessment & documentation.
What will make you successful in the project?
1. Proficiency in feeding and leveraging AI models to optimize and enhance internal productivity workflows.
2. Ability to go beyond commerce-related topics and understand contextual work coming from other areas such as Sales/Commercial Finance, Collections, Legal, Tax, Supply Chain, Logistics, and GPRS.
3. Ability to analyze trends and leverage analytics for problem identification and problem articulation.
4. Fluent in English.
