Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
1. Quality assurance of the global implementation and further development of two eShop solutions (test support, etc);
2. Responsible for the monitoring, process optimization and further development of implemented eShops in the international and multi-brand environment and support in the rollout projects;
3. Update and maintain data in specific tools in context of Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM);
4. Ensuring data related to the eShop application is up to date within the EAM tool;
5. Performing controls regarding authorizations.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
6. Background in Informatics, Economics or comparable field of study;
7. Experience in e-commerce in a project environment (management of requirements, etc);
8. Customer orientation;
9. Enthusiasm to develop and implement new concepts and processes;
10. Strong communication and moderation skills; Good initiative, persuasiveness, assertiveness;
11. Fluency in English and Portuguese.
