We are seeking a talented individual to lead the implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of Project System (PS) modules. This includes solution design, configuration, system integration, and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of Project System (PS) modules, focusing on solution design, configuration, system integration, and service excellence.
* Provide solid level consulting on lead-to-cash processes, including order-to-cash (O2C), pricing, billing, and sales order management.
* Manage and address cross end-to-end topics such as mixed order processing, integrated customer billing (ICB), and complex project scenarios within the broader ecosystem.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align PS functionalities with business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with other modules (e.g., SD, MM, FI, CO) and external systems.
* Conduct workshops to identify process gaps, propose solutions, and align with best practices, particularly in the context of complex SD and xE2E processes.
* Evaluate and ensure smooth system performance and integration, managing key SD interfaces and dependencies with adjacent systems.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in PS with expertise in managing complex project processes.
* Proven track record of leading full lifecycle implementations of PS, including system configuration and process optimization.
* In-depth knowledge of PS functionalities, including order-to-cash, pricing, billing, and sales order management.
* Experience with cross E2E topics, such as mixed order processing, integrated customer billing (ICB), and multi-module integration.
* Strong understanding of ERP integration with adjacent modules (e.g., SD, MM, FI, CO) and external systems.
* Experience with S/4 implementations and EPPM - CPM is an advantage.
* A willingness to master the S/4 PS and CPM modules in the first few months.
Skills:
* Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus).
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex E2E scenarios.
* Leadership skills with a proactive, solution-driven approach to managing S/4 SD projects.
* Strong communication skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams and effectively engaging with stakeholders.
* High ethical standards and the ability to drive change within complex organizational structures.
