Head of Product - Lister Monetisation & Growth

Join OLX and see how far you can go .We are now looking for a senior product leader to take on the role of Head of Product - Lister Monetisation & Growth. You will lead product strategy, operations, and execution of the Lister Monetisation & Growth pillar for OLX. The mission for this pillar is to boost Listers’ growth and drive revenue by providing integrated payment solutions, tailored monetisation products, and actionable insights and tools to enhance sales. This role can be located in Poland, Portugal, or Romania (possibility to work remotely in these locations). You will work closely with the Director of Product from Supply, your manager, and the Head of Engineering as your counterparts. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our monetisation strategies and drive significant impact.
What you will be responsible for
1. Develop together with the Director of Product the product vision, strategies and operating plans for Core.
2. Define business domain and product vision in conjunction with Head of Engineering and Product Managers, and ensure teams understand and follow it.
3. Ensure company and department strategies and vision are understood and cascaded into your teams.
4. Project Management for group wide product initiatives in close collaboration with Principal and Staff Engineers.
5. Support the implementation and improvement of company programs, procedures, methods, processes and practices with other Head of Products, e.g. onboarding, performance management, people development, retention.
6. Partner with relevant stakeholders in the region to set the long-term product vision for the pillar in OLX Core Experience.
7. Shape and deliver the pillars’ product proposition from concept to phasing out of functionality and product(s).
8. Develop go to market plans. Work in alignment with commercial teams (sales and marketing) to implement them.
9. Analyze, identify and quantify opportunities for new product features and new products.
10. Listen to and work back from customers.
11. Define success and establish metrics to measure effectiveness and drive improvements.
12. Continually monitor competitor and industry development.
13. Coach and develop the Product Management Team.
14. Ensure that Product Managers focus on product excellence, quality in all matters and speed to market
15. Monitors operational statistics, reports trends, variances and issues
16. Remove roadblocks and obstacles; manage interdependencies when needed.
What you bring to the table
17. 7+ years of experience in a Product Management role or related position in a high-traffic consumer internet or e-commerce company.
18. Demonstrated ability delivering technology products in a growth environment where priorities shift fast. High comfort with ambiguity and frequent change.
19. Experience in data-driven product development and applying A/B testing, user research, user testing, data analysis, competitor and market analysis in your decision making.
20. Proven product sense and judgment when it comes to working with product designers. Partner with functional leadership (design, engineering and research) to influence change. Comfortable with in-depth discussions of technical topics with engineering leadership.
21. Previous experience in leading a team of product managers.
