ABOUT THE ROLE: We are looking for a highly motivated Procurement Specialist to drive process optimization, vendor onboarding, and procurement system implementation. You will ensure system adoption across the organization, improve ordering workflows, stock management, and supplier communication, and lead third-party integrations. While cost-saving initiatives may arise, the primary focus is enhancing efficiency, enabling the team to focus on strategic procurement.
Implement and optimize a scalable P2P system.Drive vendor onboarding and procurement system adoption.Lead third-party integrations with procurement tools.Establish ordering processes, stock management, and supplier communication.Execute selected procurement initiatives (tenders, negotiations).Develop catalogues of standard items and optimize procurement workflows.Support procurement system selection and implementation.ABOUT YOU: Proven experience in procurement process and system implementation.Strong knowledge of various procurement tools and best practices in direct and indirect procurement.Experience in strategic procurement execution.Ability to manage stakeholders and design efficient processes.Experience in stock management and supplier communication flows.Background in fast-paced environments, e.g. startup, scale-up, or consulting.Fluency in English is required.ABOUT OUR OFFER: Empower your career: Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your ideas help shape our future.
