Job Description:
Your contribution to something big:
* Contribution towards development of the S/4 global HC (Home Comfort) factory template.
* Support shaping and defining the future factory template processes.
* Perform gap analysis of current processes in different Home Comfort plants together with different BPM (Business Process Management) roles / process owners.
* Cross functional alignments to ensure the end-to-end process harmonization in collaboration with user department process owners.
* Strong collaboration within user and IT departments.
* Collaboration with all BPM (Business Process Management) roles and IT collaboration models.
* Ensuring end-to-end process documentation on process / sub-process in the relevant systems (e.g. Signavio, turtle, etc) together with user department process owners.
* Support creation of initial training documentation based on the template processes.
* Ensuring the roll-out preparation of factory template at their origin locations.
* Contribution to further plant roll outs.
* BPM (Business Process Management) responsibilities for factory template and factory related sales template.
* Implementing of BPM (Business Process Management) Collaboration Model @ locations (e.g enablement / training for the local process responsible).
What distinguishes you:
* Education: Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, or a related field.
* Experience: Experienced in one or multiple factory-related functions, such as Manufacturing, Logistics (Warehouse/Planning/Intralogistics), Quality, Engineering (PDM, MDM), Purchasing or/and Sales. Prior experience in concept creation, particularly in end-to-end processes. Preferably an experienced Key User in SAP projects.
* Know-how: Strong understanding of factory operations, supply chain processes, and global process standardization. Proficiency with SAP, Signavio, and BPM (Business Process Management) tools for process documentation and analysis.
* Languages: Proficient in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken.
* Working Style & Methods: Analytical and target-oriented approach, focused on delivering results. Ability to work in international teams, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration. Comfortable with frequent international travel as needed.
* Personality: Open-minded, able to embrace diverse perspectives and adapt to different cultures. Empathetic and communicative, fostering alignment across teams. Strong team player, with a collaborative and solution-driven mindset.
